The premiere of ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ unfolded in Los Angeles on Monday. Many big celebrities were spotted during the premiere, including former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion, Sasha Banks. The film starring Tom Holland, Zendaya, Willem Dafoe, Jamie Foxx, and others will release on 17th December in the U.S.
Last year, ‘The Boss’ also made her debut under the Disney banner. She starred in the second season of ‘The Mandalorian’. The WWE superstar appeared in Chapter 11 and in Chapter 16 of the show and played the role of ‘Koska Reeves’.

Sasha Banks was the only WWE superstar among the who’s who of Hollywood and the entertainment industry. Storm Reid, Corinne Foxx, Jared Leto, Simu Liu, Nicholas Braun were some of the other celebrities who attended the premiere of ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’.

Will Sasha Banks challenge once again for the SmackDown Women’s Championship?
After Sasha Banks returned at the 2021 WWE Extreme Rules PPV, she got herself straight into the title picture for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. ‘The Boss’ battled Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair in a triple threat match for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship at the 2021 WWE Crown Jewel PPV. However, Sasha was unsuccessful in her attempt.

Again, after Charlotte Flair came to WWE SmackDown following the 2021 Draft, ‘The Boss’ looked like Charlotte’s most probable opponent. But that never happened as Sasha and Shotzi Blackheart got into a feud of their own following Shotzi’s match against Charlotte Flair on SmackDown.

Currently, Toni Storm is looking likely to become the #1 contender for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. However, Sasha Banks is never far away from challenging for the title. If Toni Storm cannot defeat Charlotte Flair, then we might see Sasha Banks reigniting her rivalry with Charlotte. But as of now, ‘The Boss’ is not involved in the title picture.
