Sasha Banks Resorts to Taking the ‘Snoop Dogg Approach’ to Prepare for WrestleMania

Sasha Banks will look forward to following the steps of Hip-Hop legend Snoop Dogg. Not everyone knows, but Sasha Banks has a special bond with her cousin Snoop Dogg. However, Banks and Snoop did not know each other growing up. Instead, they got to know each other personally when they attended WrestleMania when Banks was 16.

Earlier in 2021, when Sasha appeared on The Kurt Angle Show, she revealed that Snoop Dogg is a fan of wrestling. In addition, the rapper has supported The Boss throughout her wrestling career. 

During the conversation with Kurt Angle, The Boss also mentioned that Snoop is a big fan of Banks. So, naturally, the brother-sister has a massive influence on each other.

Sasha Banks called out for Snoop Dogg’s help

The Boss and her tag team partner Naomi were scheduled to fight against Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan on the latest SmackDown episode.

The former WWE Women’s SmackDown Champion later went to Twitter to talk about Ripley’s toughness. However, Banks incited Snoop Dogg in her caption for the preparation of WrestleMania.

The Boss wrote, “I didn’t know sis was this. Imma eat Wheaties and my spinach 4 mania! Cc @SnoopDogg”

Sasha Banks seems to trigger her energy for The Stupendous WrestleMania by Snoop Dogg’s diet. Indeed, The Boss getting prepared for this year’s WrestleMania from the rapper is an exciting behind-the-scenes card.

What happened at WWE SmackDown?

After some back-and-forth action, Ripley held up Sasha for a delayed vertical suplex. Even Pat McAfee commented on the insane strength of Rhea Ripley as she held Banks high in the air for a few seconds.

However, Banks and Naomi fought Liv Morgan and Ripley to a clear no-contest. It was because heel Shayna Baszler and Natalya interfered in the match, accompanied by Queen Zelina and Carmella. These women attacked all four baby face wrestlers to the end of the game, which resulted in a no-contest.

At WrestleMania 32, Sasha Banks took on Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch for the WWE Women’s Championship. However, it was a special night for The Boss as Snoop Dogg escorted her to the ring. Not just that, the Hip-Hop rapper also rapped her theme song entrance during the match.
