The influence of WWE Legend John Cena in the growth of WWE is unparallel to any other. The 16 time WWE Champion has carried the company on his shoulder for over a decade by selling tickets and endless merchandise.

Now that the former WWE Champion has set his foot in Hollywood, Cena turns up to WWE whenever he finds a break. Even after being a part-time Wrestler, John Cena has still got that magic to woo the audience and bring dollars to the company with merchandise sales.

Current NXT Superstar Samoa Joe recently stated that people in the wrestling world don’t give enough credit to the Leader of Cenation. Joe, considered a wrestling legend, has been watching John’s growth from the sidelines as the two knew each other from their early wrestling days.

It is no secret that the WWE Universe loves to hate John Cena. Whenever the former WWE Champion shows up, The WWE universe splits into two. But this didn’t happen when Cena recently made his return to WWE at the Money in the Bank PPV. The fans in the arena went wayward when Cena’s legendary Theme music got played. Samoa Joe recently showed up at the After The Bell podcast and spoke about his opinion about John Cena.

Joe revealed- “There’s one consistent thing that has always stood out, still stands out to this day: John is consistently the hardest worker in the room. His attention to detail, how absolutely disciplined he is to the minutiae, the small things. Really emphasizing the right things. He’s a cerebral guy. He’s not given enough credit.”(H/T Ringside News)

This tag line sums up the wrestling career of John Cena. Cena took the responsibility to be the top guy when the company desperately needed one after the era of Stone Cold and The Rock. The Doctor of Thuganomics was destined to do great things for the brand as the company and Vince McMahon should be indebted to his dedication and hard work. The WWE universe should also give him enough credit for what he has done for the fans, as the fans have witnessed some of the finest moments in wrestling history during his prime age.

Samoa Joe’s statement comes at the right time as John is set to face the current face of the company Roman Reigns. The WWE Champion can learn a lot from Cena as Vince will be longing for a similar spark from Reigns. At a time when WWE is criticized for being stagnant and boring, many WWE Superstars can rise and take responsibility to make the show a better one, just like The Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect Soldier.
