The Undertaker has a lot of iconic moments that defined his character on WWE TV for decades. While he kept changing his attire and wrestling style regularly to appeal to that era of wrestling, there was one thing common in his matches. All his matches ended with or included his iconic signature move, the Tombstone Piledriver. A great move to accompany The Undertaker’s aesthetic and appeal.

While it was a safe move for The Undertaker to perform, it lead to terrible injuries when other people tried their hands on it. So, Vince McMahon banned the use of the move by any other superstars. While Triple H has lifted the ban on many things, Ronda Rousey confirmed that The Undertaker’s Tombstone Piledriver ban was still intact.

Before her match with Liv Morgan at Extreme Rules, Ronda Rousey had The Baddest Stream on her YouTube stream. In the stream, a fan suggested that she should hit the current WWE SmackDown with the Undertaker’s signature move, the Tombstone Piledriver. She replied, “It’s such a dangerous move, nobody else is allowed to do it. It’s basically a retired move.

The Tombstone Piledriver was a move made popular by The Undertaker. The move went perfectly with The Undertaker’s gimmick, who was all-mysterious. But since then, only Kane has also attempted it, even against The Deadman himself. And that’s the end of the move as both The Phenom and Kane have left wrestling behind them.

In addition to that, The Phenom also hung up his boots for good earlier this year during the Hall of Fame induction ceremony.

Since Vince McMahon’s retirement, Triple H has been making many changes to the product. While Vince McMahon also put a ban on this move, Triple H wouldn’t want to remove this ban. It could risk the lives and bodies of the performers, and the company could get into serious trouble in case of big injuries. After all, the move has caused several injuries in the past.

While it’s safe and wise to ban the move, hundreds of fans will miss the move.
