Is Roman Reigns losing his grip on the WWE with Solo Sikoa's recent actions?

Roman Reigns has returned to WWE solely for the Ula Fala. Once he puts it around his neck for good, defeating the competition in line, he will have assumed full control of The Bloodline once again. However, it seems like without his touch, the red garland is also losing its preciousness.

Last week on Friday Night SmackDown, Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa came face to face once again. The New Tribal Chief laid out an open challenge in front of the former head of the table. He went on to accept the challenge as soon as his music hit. Solo Sikoa and his MFT then had to endure a good beating before Roman Reigns finally put the necklace around his neck. He eventually got ambushed again, but Reigns isn’t done with the storyline just yet.

It, however, seems like Ula Fala may be giving up on the family stable now. Before their brief tribal combat in the ending segment on last week’s SmackDown, Solo Sikoa came out onto the ramp when his music hit. He flexed the Ula Fala to the crowd and bit it while posing for the crowd. When the camera came closer to focus on him and his prized possession, fans saw that the red color on the necklace was fading.

Fans have seemingly come to realize that The Bloodline storyline has been going on for so long that even Ula Fala has given up on the new Head of the Table and is probably demanding the rightful owner back.

The night when this segment was shot, both Sikoa and Reigns adorned the special fruit necklace. Fans believe that it didn’t look half as good on Sikoa as it did on the Original Tribal Chief. The latter talent brought it back to life despite it appearing rotten in the beginning. “The ula fala is clearly diminishing being on anybody but Roman.. look how peeled and old it look on solo but Roman had it back vibrant ! 🔥 ☝” said the fan.

Another social media user pointed out how the red necklace is rejecting the unworthy chief of the Anoa’i family. Instead, the garland seems to be conscious, looking for its real owner to shine again, “That ula fala is rotting around your neck man, I’m pretty sure it’s rejecting the ‘Tribal Chief’.” The garland in question is made by drying up the pandanus fruit found on the Polynesian islands and then painted red because it is the color of royalty in Samoan culture.

So, technically, the fruit doesn’t have a good chance of rotting since it’s already dry. Instead, the paint seems to be coming off as one fan noted: “Why the red stuff peeling?” Somebody had to remind The Bloodline that they were not doing their chores correctly. Although there is a high likelihood that it wasn’t repainted on purpose, a fan thought it was correct to point out, “Due for a repaint.

The segment began with Solo Sikoa biting the Ula Fala to show that he was tasting power right now. The kind of power that can be blinding at times. This seems to be the reason why the necklace is losing the red paint, because of the scratches and dents from Sikoa’s teeth. One of the viewers commented, “Is that why it’s losing its red paint!?!?
