Is Roman Reigns' leaner physique an upgrade or a downgrade for the Tribal Chief?

Roman Reigns‘ comeback at SummerSlam has emerged as the most prominent talking point in the wrestling world. The excitement surrounding his return is so high that fans are trying to decipher every little detail about it. One thing that fans noted when Reigns returned was that he appeared to be much less muscular than previously. The Original Tribal Chief dropped a lot of weight and looked noticeably leaner than previously.

This topic came up during a chat at Busted Open Podcast where Reigns’ physique earned rave reviews. They reiterated during the show that in his run before WrestleMania, Roman Reigns was on leukemia medications. We all know that The Tribal Chief is in remission. However, that doesn’t mean he can be lax about his health.

As a result, there is a probability that The Tribal Chief needs to wind down. Even while this is true, Roman Reigns was still in the same form he was at WrestleMania. This indicates that, even though the Original Tribal Chief appears to be losing weight, he is back with vengeance and a desire to take back what was his.

It was stated in the podcast, “I thought that Roman, Roman looks good too. I mean, this is about as good as he’s looked since WrestleMania. Like, I mean, his obviously the rest must have really helped him because, you know, like, even though he’s in remission, he still has issues that he’s got a protocol he’s got to take to stay healthy, to get rest, you know, and for him to be doing so well at this point, I just feel like it’s a blessing from God because he looks like a million bucks. I don’t know how else to say it.”

Well, the hype and positivity around Reigns is warranted considering what transpired on Friday Night SmackDown.

The latest edition of SmackDown laid down the blueprint of Roman Reigns’ future plans

The question of what Roman Reigns will do next following his comeback has been lingering for several months. The reason for this is that he could have chosen either to go after the position of Tribal Chief or the Undisputed WWE Championship. Even at SummerSlam, when he returned and assaulted Solo Sikoa, the situation was not resolved since he also implicitly threatened Cody Rhodes.

But it appears that WWE has straightened things up, as Roman Reigns hinted on this week’s SmackDown that he wants his Ula Fala necklace back. This is the necklace worn by the Tribal Chief, so Reigns first wants to take his seat at the head of The Table and then maybe go after the WWE Championship. That will prove to be a monumental task considering the new Bloodline’s numerical advantage and Reigns’ lack of allies. Nevertheless, the storyline is becoming increasingly exciting as fans eagerly await what will happen next week. What are your views on Roman Reigns appearing slimmer after returning?
