Roman Reigns has been in a variety of video games during his career, but we are not just talking about his appearances in wrestling games. Reigns, also known as Leati Joseph Anoaʻi, was a professional football player throughout his college years. He made a reputation for himself at the time, but then altered his career path and entered the world of professional wrestling.
Back then, the Tribal Chief played football for Georgia Tech for four seasons. At the time, the future WWE Champion and his college teammate were both playing defensive tackle. The former WWE Champion played for the squad from 2004 to 2007, where he established himself as a competent player, earning a spot in the NCAA football game in 2005.
This was Roman Reigns’ first appearance in a game, which was significant since it would elevate him to the status of a prominent player in football history. The figure that depicted Roman Reigns looked nothing like him because game developers were still in their infancy at the time.
