After Roman Reigns called Bryan and Cesaro ‘top-tier losers’, they set out to prove themselves worthy of stepping up to the Tribal Chief. Standing in their way were Seth Rollins and Jey Uso, two of SmackDown’s biggest heels.

Reigns’ comments lit a fire underneath Cesaro and Daniel Bryan, who took the fight to Rollins and Uso. Bryan’s ‘Yes!’ kicks reverberated around the Thunderdome while the Swiss Superman put his power on display.

Rollins and Jey Uso showcased their teamwork with an impressive combination of big moves. Rollins hit his patented buckle bomb on Bryan, followed by a huge splash by Jey Uso. This would’ve put Bryan away, but Cesaro broke the pinfall attempt.

Cesaro put the Sharphooter on Rollins, only to leave himself prone to a superkick from Uso. Jey climbed to the top rope, but Cesaro met him there with an uppercut.

Before Cesaro could hit him with the superplex, Rollins retreated up the ramp. A running knee followed the superplex and Daniel Bryan and Cesaro picked up a big win.

Post match, Daniel Bryan made a bold claim about the man who beat him at WrestleMania. While Jey Uso had a hand in Bryan’s WrestleMania defeat, he was the man who lay at the bottom of the stack when Reigns pinned Edge and him.

Setting aside WrestleMania, Bryan backed Cesaro as the man to take the Universal Championship away from Roman Reigns. He said, Roman’s afraid that if Cesaro faces him one on one for the Universal Championship… Cesaro will be the new Universal Champion.”

Cesaro grabbed the microphone himself and called Reigns out. He mocked the Tribal Chief for not saving his cousin, who Cesaro swung about a hundred times. Bryan then claimed Reigns couldn’t beat Kevin Owens, Edge and even himself without Uso’s help.
