On the most recent edition of the Podcast Busted Open, The Tribal Chief was a major topic. The hosts discussed his influence and legacy in pro wrestling. They suggested that Reigns is on par with famous names like Stone Cold Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels, and others.

They even invoked an interesting comparison to that of Randy Orton. Despite not reaching the stature of the likes of Austin, Michaels, Dwayne Johnson, etc, the Viper remains one of the most recognizable names in pro wrestling. His ability to remain relevant and consistently evolve with the needs of the pro wrestling faithful has assured him of a storied place in wrestling folklore. Nevertheless, a former WWE World Heavyweight champion suggested that Reigns is better than Orton despite granting The Viper his flowers.

WWE legend Mark Henry stated during the latest edition of the podcast, “Like most people are like he’s a small guy. Or you know, he’s too big. He’s not endearing enough. He is in the category of a Stone Cold, a Rock, a Triple H, a Shawn Michaels. He’s a thoroughbred. He’s in the middle, He’s not the biggest, but he’s not the smallest. In those guys, Randy Orton is the ultimate thoroughbred. And Roman Reigns is better. Wow. That’s hard to say. There ain’t many dudes in the world of pro wrestling living or dead that’s better than Randy Orton. But Roman Reigns is.”

This emerged as one of the most notable moments of the year since it was the first time the Original Tribal Chief confronted the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief. Not only that, but the entire new Bloodline realized who the actual ruler of their family was. Even the fans in attendance erupted when the segment was taking place.

These numbers prove the anticipation and excitement the WWE Universe has when they get to see Roman Reigns in his full glory.
