Clash at the Castle, WWE’s new premium live event has officially arrived, ready to put on a show and surprise fans.
In Glasgow, Scotland, the WWE offered us the long-awaited I Quit Match that saw Cody Rhodes defend the Undisputed WWE Championship again from the assault of AJ Styles, while the home idol Drew McIntyre intends to conquer the World Heavyweight Championship of Damian Priest.

The opening match is done and dusted, with the American Nightmare making AJ Styles call “I Quit” after what was a brutal match between the two. However, it wasn’t the ending of the match that became the talk of the wrestling universe. Instead, it was the very beginning that caught all the attention.

The entrances of the WWE superstars play a major role in the making or breaking of a WWE event. However, the Clash at the Castle is off to a doomed start already. While the Universal Champion made his way to the ring without any pyros to hype him up for the crowd, the Stamford-based promotion also faced an editing glitch that made his name card read, ‘Talent Name’ instead of ‘Cody Rhodes’ while also calling him the ‘Womens Tag Team Champions.’ This surely has caught the attention of all Roman Reigns fans.

Fans speculate that Reigns is behind it all

As soon as the moment aired, fans on X were quick to share a capture of it on the social media site. A moment that cannot be edited out by the WWE as they usually do with their other botches. As even major platforms such as FightFul shared the moment on their account.

And like always, the WWE Universe was quick to make fun of it. And a major part of them were the fans of the Tribal Chief. With many claiming that Roman Reigns was the one behind the error, as he did it with the intention of humiliating the new champion. As they wrote it might be him, or he made Heyman do it.

While some fans simply made fun of this error as they compared him to Roman Reigns and called out the fact that Roman Reigns fans have a new meme to make fun of Rhodes. After all, Rhodes and his “Crybabies” have already been the butt of jokes since the storyline with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson during the lead-up to WrestleMania 40.
