

Ronda Rousey is one of the fiercest fighters on the planet, and she finally has the chance to claim her spot at the top of the mountain. She lost her championship back at Money in the Bank when Liv Morgan cashed in her title opportunity. But even when Rousey got her chance to reclaim it at SummerSlam, the Baddest Woman on the Planet lost the match.

While Morgan’s victory was a controversial one, she still held the title at the end of the day. But we have Rousey vs Morgan once again at a big event, not to mention in an Extreme Rules match. In this match, Morgan won’t have any champion benefits like the DQ finish, so it will be an interesting match at the very least.
But seeing the warm-up that Rousey is doing for this match, Morgan doesn’t seem to have any chance to pick up the victory.
Ronda Rousey warms up in the ‘Rocky’ way for WWE Extreme Rules
In an Instagram post, Ronda Rousey recorded herself catching her pet chicken who wandered outside. Her caption to the post was witty, nodding to the Sylvester Stallone movie, Rocky.

In the movie ‘Rocky II’, Sylvester Stallone’s character trains for his upcoming boxing match by chasing and catching chickens. Rousey’s caption was in reference to it, but with a ‘Rowdy’ twist. She wrote that ‘Rocky’s workout is my warm-up’ and that is indeed the most Rousey thing that she could’ve posted.

This is not the first time that Rousey has used her social media in order to promote her matches. Before Clash at the Castle, she posted another video with Shayna Baszler, teaching her a move to counter Morgan’s oblivion. But that teaching went to waste, as Baszler failed to win the title in the event. Now it’s Rousey time and we’ve known her for not dropping the ball in the biggest stages.
