Jacob Fatu, a former MLW World Heavyweight Champion, signed with WWE during the weekend of WrestleMania 40. But after waiting for months, his long-awaited debut came on the June 21st episode of SmackDown. Fatu debuted in the ring with a striking presence, attacking Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, and Kevin Owens. The American Nightmare tried to defend himself but Fatu’s strength quickly overwhelmed him.

The climactic moment of the night was when Fatu jumped from the third rope over Rhodes, who lay motionless on the commentators’ table. Closing the show impressively led many to continue discussing the WWE superstar even after the show’s end. And one of them was Rikishi. Who first hinted at another Samoan joining the faction. And now he has dropped another hint at the future of the Bloodline.

After hinting that Zilla Fatu could be a part of the WWE soon, Rikishi has hinted that the newcomer would instead be a part of Roman Reign’s Bloodline rather than Sikoa’s. Since the current lineup of the Tribal Heir’s faction seems to be all ‘locked-in’ according to the WWE Hall of Famer.

After Jacob Fatu joined the new The Bloodline, led by Solo Sikoa, it was speculated that he could not be the last to be added to this new Bloodline. Zilla Fatu did not hesitate to post a story on his Instagram. There he made his future intentions clear by simply writing, “See you soon.”

This came after Rikishi’s post hinting at Zilla Fatu’s arrival. But now, the father of Jimmy and Jey Uso might’ve hinted at the possibility that the Bloodline 2.0 lineup is locked in.

Will Zilla Fatu tread in the familial footsteps?

As for Zilla Fatu, he is the youngest member of the Anoa’i family to step into the ring to date. Making his debut at just 23 years old. However, despite still being a budding wrestler, he has already managed to make a decent name for himself in industry circles. We should also note that Jacob Fatu and Zilla Fatu have teamed up with several independent companies, such as GCW.

Zilla Fatu himself has stated his keen interest in joining WWE and continuing his family’s legacy. So what better than teaming up with fan favorite Roman Reigns and helping him reclaim his throne that has been captured by the Tribal Heir? And in this quest, it is possible that Jimmy and Jey Uso too might join Bloodline 2.0. Leading to a civil war between the family.

But Jacob Fatu might still face some issues with the promotion. As it was earlier noted by Fightful Select, Fatu had never fought outside of the United States. Some sources had previously mentioned that this was because of his criminal history when he was younger. This prevented him from taking jobs outside the country. It is unknown if this will continue to be the case in the future. But murmurs had arisen that this emerged as a likely barrier to his debut. Considering the number of international events and television shoots WWE held in the spring and summer.

His criminal past had been one of the main reasons he had not been hired by the company previously. Even though the new management had been “long interested” in him. However, after his debut, Fatu made an immediate good impression on the company. He also had a very respectful approach to everyone behind the scenes. So it would be interesting to see the Bloodline expand further with the addition of Zilla Fatu. What do you think? Will Zilla Fatu join Bloodline 2.0? Let us know in the comments.
