Jey Uso has become a force to be reckoned with ever since he started his WWE singles run after betraying his family. After failing short to stand out in front of Roman Reigns in a grudge match, Jimmy Uso’s betrayal propelled him to move out to the red brand. Jey Uso has ever since been delivering impressive performances with high-stake rivalries with the likes of Gunther, Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, Bronson Reed, Ilja Dragunov, and more.

Pretty quickly, he made a brand of his name in the world wrestling realm. The unbridled YEET chants, whenever he steps into the ring, speak highly of the hold he has over the global WWE fans. However, despite earning a monumental run, WWE hasn’t handed him a title run so far, something that didn’t sit well with his fans as well as his father, Hall of Famer Rikishi.

Jey Uso scored a decisive win against his brother Jimmy Uso at WrestleMania 40, proceeding to a prosperous path in his career. A title shot at Damian Priest’s World Heavyweight Championship awaited him next but failed to bear fruit at the end. At WWE Backlash in France, fans greeted him with a vociferous response and granted him a moment to cherish. From legends to company insiders, including Booker T, couldn’t take heed of his momentum, advocating a title run for him.

However, WWE didn’t listen to the collective approach, snubbing him at the Money in the Bank 2024. The outcome upset a chunk of the wrestling community, including Father Rikishi, who expressed his distaste in a Fightful Select interview.

Eloborating on that, the 58-year-old veteran again took to his Twitter to demand justice for his elder twin. The Samoan mogul wrote, MAIN EVENT STATUS #YeetMan Where’s is title shot ???? #stopplayin

However, let’s scope out what comes next for the YEET man in his high-flying WWE endeavor.

WWE might have Jey Uso tread a different path

While on the surface, it might seem that WWE undermines Uso’s potential, they might be doing it for a bigger purpose. To elaborate a bit, WWE might hold off the YEET man for an intriguing Bloodline inclusion by not giving him his flower on the MITB 2024. With the popular theory of Roman Reigns being back in the lore by SummerSlam and announcing a civil war against the Bloodline 2.0, an alliance with Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso makes most sense.
