The legendary Anoa’i family has seen many of their members grace the squared circle and become professional wrestlers. Each of them has taken different paths, but their roads have led them to the pro wrestling industry at some point. But do you remember the starting point of two of the most successful talents from their clan, The Rock and Roman Reigns? If not, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi could certainly remind you of the same. How would he do that? Through his latest congratulatory message for his youngest son on social media.
Rikishi congratulates his son for receiving his first major opportunity in sports
Rikishi was one of the standout performers during WWE’s Attitude Era. His impressive dance skills, athleticism, and famous signature move made him a popular figure during the Attitude Era. Rikishi’s legacy was carried forward in WWE by his twin sons, Jimmy and Jey Uso who were later joined by his other son, Solo Sikoa.

The brothers are currently members of The Bloodline faction, led by their cousin Roman Reigns and his Wiseman, Paul Heyman.
Moreover, Rikishi’s fourth son, Jeremiah Fatu started out as a wrestler back in April 2023. So it seemed logical that all of his boys would be going down the same road to enrich his legacy further.
But his youngest son, Samson has chosen a different yet familiar path to make it in the world of sports. He announced the news of receiving his first offer to play Division 1 Football Offer from Portland State University.
Rikishi decided to endorse his youngest child on his achievement, sending out a message for him on Twitter.

While Rikish’s other sons chose to follow their father and break directly into wrestling, Samson Fatu chose a territory familiar to his legendary cousins, Roman Reigns and The Rock.
The two biggest WWE stars of all time began their journey in the world of sports by playing professional football, before stepping into the wrestling world.
