The latest edition of Friday Night SmackDown gave one of the most surprising chapters of the current storyline starring The Bloodline. The faction held a recognition ceremony with the new lineup, which now has Jacob Fatu as a member of the faction. Sikoa announced that Fatu had been named “Enforcer” of the faction in the final segment of the night.

With all the members already in the ring, Sikoa ordered the Madison Square Garden crowd to recognize him. Fans responded with boos. He only ignored them to ask for the loyalty of his men. One by one, they all recognized Sikoa as their “Tribal Chief.” Satisfied, Solo made his way to Paul Heyman. Things, however, ended badly for the Wiseman, who decided not to recognize Solo Sikoa as Tribal Chief.

Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa unleashed a vicious cycle of violence on the Wiseman of The Bloodline for his defiance. To add salt to his wounds, The Bloodline put Heyman through the commentators’ table with a Triple Powerbomb. This was a spot that upset many. As Heyman is a beloved manager. And it was harsh to see him being taken to the hospital on a stretcher. However, one WWE legend actually supported this move by the Bloodline. Who? Well, it was none other than Rikishi who gave his verdict on the segment.

As soon as the segment aired, the WWE Universe took to Twitter to share their initial reactions. And Rikishi, the father of Bloodline 2.0 leader Solo Sikoa, too, shared his thoughts on X. Keeping it short, Rikishi simply said, “ITS DONE!” as if it were something that had been pending for a long time. And now, it has finally happened.

But does Rikishi have a personal stake in recent developments apart from the affiliation with his son? The WWE Hall of Famer has previously spoken about the prospect of replacing Heyman in the Bloodline 2.0.

And let’s not forget that back in May, Rikishi talked about the chances of him replacing Paul Heyman in The Bloodline. As we have seen in recent years, Paul Heyman became a pivotal part of The Bloodline. Especially in his role as a special advisor to Roman Reigns. However, due to the change in dynamics within the faction, he has been removed from the group most brutally. So now, it is possible that Rikishi might be taking Paul Heyman’s place within The Bloodline. On his Off the Top podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer revealed that he might consider proposing it to strengthen the faction further.

He said, “Damn it, every time I keep trying to leave [myself] out, you guys keep trying to pull me back in. And of course, I’m not saying ‘No, I won’t.’ What I’m saying is, hey, I’ll see it coming a mile away. And I’ll know when it’s time for me to throw my name in the hat. At the end of the day, we’re gonna make sure that this is gonna be an even playing field for The Bloodline on both sides.” Uncertainty about the future of the faction persists. Roman Reigns has yet to make his return to programming. And the reaction he will have to see Uso and Heyman getting assaulted by Sikoa and the new Bloodline remains a mystery. What do you think? Will Reigns take revenge for Heyman? What did you make of the WWE Hall of Famer’s reaction to the attack on Paul Heyman? Let us know in the comments.
