Jey Uso has the potential to be a huge figure in WWE’s main event scene, but the promotion has failed to utilize him in this capacity. The entire WWE Universe adores his aura and presence, which has resulted in a fantastic character that could have been a world champion. Triple H has been holding Uso back because of the possible Bloodline future plot, but certain individuals, like Rikishi, have been upset about this.
Rikishi, a WWE legend, recently discussed Jey Uso on the Off The Top Podcast and how WWE neglected to give him the championship reign he deserved. We’ve all seen Uso on the main event stage several times in recent years, and he’s failed horribly to win the World title each time. More than that, Uso failed to win a mid-card title. Rikishi claims that as a result of these circumstances, the Yeet Man has not been handled correctly at the firm, and that holding him back right now is a bad decision.
Rikishi stated in the podcast, “I don’t know some type of belt on maybe an incontinent champion belt maybe that or if you ask me I think he deserves a shot to the world championship belt and you know when that didn’t happen either it’s like okay you know I’m at this point where I just want to call my son hey go ahead and just take a break because obviously the writers don’t know where to put you or where you can write something that’s that’s right for the character of Jey Uso the Yeet Man.”

Apart from Rikishi’s honest words, the WWE Universe has elevated Jey Uso to a megastar status.
Jey Uso had the greatest merchandise sales in August
Merchandise sales often serve as a barometer for a wrestler’s popularity, and Jey Uso has been breaking records this month. Despite not being featured in any major storyline or having a standout match, Jey has outperformed even the biggest names in the company, including highlights like Wyatt Sicks’ bout and Roman Reigns’ much-anticipated homecoming. Known affectionately as “The Yeet Man,” Jey Uso’s incredible merch numbers prove he’s the talk of the WWE Universe right now.
These sales figures are more than just numbers—they’re a testament to how deeply Jey Uso’s character resonates with fans. His magnetic presence and connection with the audience are undeniable, showing just how powerful his influence has become. If Jey were to rejoin The Bloodline, the faction could reach unprecedented levels of acclaim. With each member of the group currently at the top of their game, a babyface Bloodline could captivate fans like never before.
But what about Jey Uso’s singles career? Despite his overwhelming popularity, he has yet to claim a singles championship in WWE. What are your thoughts on Jey Uso’s journey so far? Share your opinions in the comments below!
