Things are not going well for Roman Reigns. The Undisputed Universal Champion is on a record-breaking run as champion. Nevertheless, the past few weeks have only resulted in setbacks for the Head of the Table. Despite holding the title for 1000-plus days, the momentum is firmly behind Jey Uso.
Furthermore, recently, 2-time Hall of Famer Ric Flair took a sly dig at Reigns, post his underwhelming showing on SmackDown.

We always know the Nature Boy Ric Flair for speaking his mind. Whether it’s controversial or blunt, he has never shied away from sharing his opinions. Continuing that tradition, he took to his social media to take a dig at the Tribal Chief, while elating his daughter and the women’s division.
He mentions how “It’s Supposed To Be The Roman Reigns Show” but ends up praising his daughter and the other ladies who stole the show.
You can check out the tweet below:
I Know It’s Supposed To Be The @WWERomanReigns Show, But The Ladies Stole The Show AGAIN! @MsCharlotteWWE @BiancaBelairWWE @SonyaDevilleWWE @ImChelseaGreen #SmackDown

While one can argue the nature of the tweet, we can’t deny the effort put on by the women on SmackDown. Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair defeated the current tag team champions, Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville, in a highly competitive matchup. With these women putting it all out there, it’s not surprising for Flair to shower praises on them.
But for the Tribal Chief, Flair’s comments come as another blow after a rough few weeks, courtesy of Jey Uso.

His invincible aura took a hit as Jey Uso pinned him for the first time in over 3 years, at Money in the Bank, PLE. Moreover, on the latest edition of SmackDown, Jey owned Reigns by claiming that he would beat him again and using his own spear against him, much to the delight of fans.
