During a recent episode of the To be The Man podcast, Ric Flair talked about this incident.
He revealed why he rejected the opportunity to have his last WWE match in the main event of WrestleMania 24.
Flair said, “They actually asked me if I wanted to go last in Orlando and I said, ‘Absolutely not.'”

“I loved all the attention I was getting. But I wasn’t going to ask the World Champion, whoever it was at that time, to go over and say, ‘Hey, thank you for this,” the WWE legend added.
The Undertaker recently followed in the footsteps of Edge, Ric Flair, and Shawn Michaels.
Prior to this year’s WWE Hall of Fame ceremony, Flair, Edge, and Michaels had already been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. But this year, The Undertaker also got inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

While The Undertaker became a champion, Ric Flair suffered defeat in a Career Threatening match against Shawn Michaels.
