Former WWE legend and WCW Champion Ric Flair was invited to the podcast The Wrestling Classics in the episode that premiered on YouTube on December 22nd. In the newest episode of Casual Conversations with The Classic, host Justin Dhillon spoke to the legendary Nature Boy Ric Flair about AEW, Sting’s retirement, MJF, and career rivalry.

During a segment in the interview, he talked about his daughter Charlotte Flair. The Queen was recently injured on an episode of SmackDown in a match against Asuka. While talking about his daughter, Flair made a broad claim on her return.

A story of revenge for Charlotte Flair

Ric Flair appreciated his daughter’s work ethic and called her the best in the business. He said, “She’s the best worker in the business. Man or woman. She can do stuff Rey Mysterio does. She is the best worker in the business, male or female.”

He further explained how WWE can leverage the storyline and proclaimed it to be the best. He said, “She’ll come through the surgery, they’ll put some stem cells in her, she’ll come back, and it’ll be the greatest storyline of all time.”

Flair’s comments were a reference to the ongoing storyline between Charlotte and Damage CTRL. After all, it was the match against Asuka that got her injured for 9 months.
