Ric Flair has been one of the greatest ever superstars in the wrestling industry. Whether it’s ECW or WWE, he always set the stage on fire.

Recently, Ric Flair talked about returning to the wrestling ring for a match with AEW’s Sammy Guevara. The topic had a major hype on social media. Last week, Flair mentioned an Israelian promoter who needed him to fight AEW’s, Sammy Guevara.

To the response, Flair answered with a whopping charge of $100,000 for the match. Although Flair and Sammy had spoken nothing more on the topic, Flair made a tweet regarding it.

Although Ric Flair agreed to a fight, no one can ignore his age. Currently, Ric Flair is 72 years old and also suffered some serious injuries and health problems. Acknowledging this, it would be a dangerous move for any wrestling federation to bring Flair into the ring.

Flair also mentioned WWE erasing his legacy as WWE cuts off his signature from the kickoff. Also, he said that there are no talks with AEW’s president Tony Kahn about featuring him in a fight.

Ric Flair and WWE’s rising tension

Ric Flair and WWE have rising tensions between them. Flair talked about his WWE legacy getting erased from WWE records. It all started from Charlotte Flair when she went off-script during the Women’s title exchange at SmackDown in late October.

The title exchange segment got off-script because of Charlotte, which created tension between the company and Ric Flair. The matter got worse when fans made a huge hype on social media regarding this situation to take action on Charlotte Flair.

Recently,  Flair talked about Charlotte Flair on his podcast regarding her push on the SmackDown roster. According to him, she should also be treated as the ‘Tribal Chief’ Roman Reigns. However, he believes Roman Reigns is the biggest star in the industry right now.

Currently, Charlotte Flair is the SmackDown Women’s Champion. She is in a brawl with a former NXT UK Champion Toni Storm. Last week, Charlotte humiliated Toni Storm by throwing pie on her face. Will Toni Storm seek revenge for last week’s humiliation or will Charlotte continue to mock her?
