Dwayne Johnson recently added a tweet on X wherein he posted a video compilation of several great Ric Flair moments. The footage opened with a shot of a comparison between kid Rock and adult Rock sharing the frame with the 2x WWE Hall of Famer.

Dwayne Johnson wrote, “WOO! As a wild kid, who grew up in the wild world of professional wrestling, I idolized, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair. He was one of my heroes. And once I broke into the wrestling business and began to spill my own sweat and blood in arenas across America – my reverence for Ric turned to great respect.” The Rock further noted how challenging it was to make even the smallest of impacts in pro wrestling.

Dwayne Johnson noted, “I realized just how rare and almost impossible it is to truly disrupt the wrestling business, and truly change the game – and that’s exactly what Ric Flair did. Ric Flair had a relentless passion to be the greatest of all time, but with achieving that GOAT status – he also sacrificed it all and paid a heavy price. And lived to tell the story.” Johnson reported that his admiration for Nature Boy predates his WWE era.

In fact, he has also wrestled in front of one of the largest pro wrestling crowds of all time in front of 160 thousand plus in North Korea.

When Nature Boy performed in front of one of the rarest crowds
