However, it seems that Ripley doesn’t intend to concede the glowing accomplishments of her arch-nemesis.

Her in-ring performances and promos showcased the increasing confidence of a young star who has reached the top. Now that she has lost her title, she may not be feeling as confident. This might have led her to keep her championship status intact on social media.

Rhea Ripley rejects Liv Morgan’s champion status

The former WWE Women’s Champion has not since updated her Instagram bio. Even though Liv Morgan is the reigning WWE Women’s champion since defeating Becky Lynch in Saudi Arabia, Ripley doesn’t seem accepting of that fact. One reason could be because of the strained dynamic between the two as a result of the ongoing storyline. Mami’s Instagram bio contains nutshell information about the top wrestling star. In that crucial list of data, we can see that she has still proudly written “Women’s World Champion!”

There could be many reasons why Rhea Ripley has not removed her championship status from her social media bio. Liv Morgan trying hard to steal Dominik Mysterio away from his Mami could have invited the ire of The Eradicator.

This could also be the reason why Ripley was seen training heavily a few days ago as she aims to make a comeback and exact vengeance on Morgan. Suffice to say, the female star pursuing Mysterio’s affection should tread lightly.

This mentality rejects Morgan’s status as a champion because she believes in herself. Even though updates surrounding her return hasn’t come to light yet, it seems like she is healing fast.

Several days ago, there was a post on social media that Ripley’s wrestler friend uploaded. The Instagram post was going viral among fans as she was spotted with three other wrestlers sitting on the apron of the ring. The squared circle in the video isn’t a standard wrestling ring but one that is used in Muay Thai martial arts.

This shows that Ripley is training hard to make a comeback. So she may not see the logic behind changing her championship status now as she might be confident that she would win it back from Liv Morgan who did not rightfully beat her to claim the title.
