But unfortunately, Ripley is out with an injury and won’t be able to compete in her match against Bianca Belair at Money in the Bank. The injury that WWE revealed on WWE Raw was a teeth injury, but now she has come out saying that it is both a tooth and a brain injury.

A post captioned, “See you soon” with a scales emoji announced she is suffering from a brain injury. This news comes after Ripley competed in a four-way match where she suffered the injury by bumping her own knee to the skull.

Rhea Ripley reached her maximum success when she defeated Shayna Baszler to win the WWE NXT Women’s Championship. A title the former MMA veteran held on to for a better part of the year. It was the main event of the last show of the year.

The path was promising for Rhea Ripley as she defended her championship against that year’s Royal Rumble winner, Charlotte Flair. The two went on to have an amazing WrestleMania match with ‘The Queen’, capturing the title at the end. While the result divided fans, the following matches between the two invigorated the whole women’s division of NXT.

Eventually, Flair came back to the main roster when Io Shirai beat both Ripley and Flair in a triple threat match main eventing NXT’s first In Your House PPV. This put an end to ‘The Nightmare’s run in NXT as well, as she went on to the main roster to feud with her rival Charlotte Flair, this time for the Raw Women’s Championship.

Moreover, she succeeded at gaining the title, but lost it back to Flair. Then, Flair lost it to Nikki A.S.H. Sadly, this run with the championship did not see the fans cheer for her the same way she won the NXT Championship, But Rhea Ripley turned this reception by allying herself with Nikki and winning the tag championships.

WWE paired the two as a little sister, big sister combo. But this partnership also trickled down when Nikki turned on Ripley. Recently, after pairing up with Liv Morgan and turning on her, Ripley joined Damien Priest and Edge to form ‘The Judgement Day’.
