Before joining The Judgement Day, Rhea Ripley was stuck in the mid-card of the women’s division. She had already won championships, but they didn’t shoot her to the moon like some other wrestler on the roster. So, joining the faction gave her more things to do and appear on TV more often. This led to her Eradicator/Mami gimmick becoming a sensation with fans.

Now the former RAW Women’s Champion is able to reap the benefits as a top star in the division. So, it makes sense that she wants to display all the achievements she has been able to get because of this gimmick through her gear at WrestleMania 39.

Rhea Ripley shares her enthusiasm for a new custom leather jacket

Rhea Ripley shared a tweet by Saints of the Undead with The Judgement and devil emoji, signifying her character. In the shared tweet, we can see that the custom leather jacket maker is making one based on Ripley’s Eradicator gimmick.

This is not the first time that Saints of the Undead is making a custom leather jacket for a wrestler, as he recently made one for AEW’s Saraya, aka the former Divas Champion, Paige.

Ripley could surely unveil this new jacket on a grand occasion like WrestleMania 39 as the biggest show of the year is only three weeks away. Not only it could be Ripley’s first main event, but it is also her revenge match from 2020. After winning the Royal Rumble, she did not take long before announcing that her opponent will be Charlotte Flair.

Mami’s excitement also shows the care and meaning that the gear of a wrestler has, in addition to the story and the match. Wrestlers generally honor their gimmicks or other wrestlers or pop fiction by conveying something with their gear on a big show.

Winning the Royal Rumble is always a tremendous opportunity. It leads to a wrestler’s entire year being full of exciting things ahead. With the number of appearances and segments that The Judgement Day is getting, it is a no-brainer that they are the ‘it’ faction in WWE. And now Ripley will look to cement her place at the top of the women’s division at WrestleMania.
