Resurfaced Photo Shows Stone Cold Steve Austin Critic Repping an ‘Austin 3:16’ T-shirt

The last week’s WWE RAW episode saw a frustrated Kevin Owens calling out Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania 38. Owens was not on the match card for the mega-event which is in Texas this year, so he started talking trash about the state of Texas in the past few weeks.

The recent RAW also saw Kevin Owens claiming he talked trash about Texas to have Stone Cold’s attention. It is very well known that Owens is a Stone Cold fan since childhood. He also started using Austin’s stunner from the past few years in his matches as a tribute to Austin.

Recently, a Twitter page 90s WWE which is famous for posting WWE pictures and videos from the 90s. They shared a picture of young Kevin Owens repping an Austin 3:16 t-shirt. 

The caption said, “A young Kevin Owens repping Stone Cold 📸.”

The picture looks to be taken around the time when WWE‘s attitude era was at its peak. This Austin 3:16 written in red color t-shirt design was initially launched around the late 90s. Austin himself wore this design during that time.

Kevin Owens will get an opportunity to share the ring with Stone Cold Steve Austin at The Showcase of Immortals. If they get into a fight, fans will look forward to who uses the Stunner first. 

Stone Cold Steve Austin will be at WrestleMania 38

Stone Cold accepted Kevin Owens’ invitation for WrestleMania. The next day after Kevin Owens promo WWE shared a video featuring Austin who accepted the invitation for showing up at “The Showcase of Immortals”.

Austin said, “In Dallas, Texas, where I started my career, at WrestleMania, Stone Cold Steve Austin is going to open up one last can of whoop a** on you, Kevin Owens. And, that’s the bottom line.”

It is still unclear whether Austin is returning for a match with Owens or it will be an appearance for the KO Show at WrestleMania. But it is for sure fans are going to enjoy the confrontation between both at WrestleMania. 

Kevin Owens did a mistake calling out Stone Cold Steve Austin

Moments before Austin announced his decision to accept the invitation of Kevin Owens, another wrestling legend from Texas JBL warned Kevin Owens. 

JBL said, “You don’t call out Stone Cold. This doesn’t end well for you.”

The Rattlesnake is one of the most respected wrestling legends belonging to Texas. Kevin Owens has woken the sleeping giant by calling out Austin. According to JBL, things will not be the same for The Prizefighter at WrestleMania.
