It seems the 30th anniversary of RAW had an opening nobody thought of. Hulk Hogan came out with his manager, Jimmy Hart, to welcome the WWE Universe at Wells Fargo Center, Philadelphia. However, the two-time WWE Hall of Famer had a botch at the start of the show, making the fans worried about the show.

While The Hulkster was cutting a welcome promo for the WWE Universe in Philadelphia, there was a technical glitch. The mic Hogan used shut down several times. Hence, a crew member had to run in during the live show to change the microphone.
WWE is often up-to-date with its technical things. This was a surprise for several fans worldwide to see this glitch on live TV.

Clearly, the next time WWE will make sure to test all the things to save themselves from such reactions as above. Also, Hogan’s RAW XXX promo will be now memorable for this glitch.
Did Hogan appear in the first ever RAW episode?
Monday Night RAW kickstarted on January 11th 1993 and since then it has been on the regular weekly shows on TV. However, Hogan, who was a major star back then, wasn’t present on the first ever episode of the red brand.
In the early 90s, The Hulkster had left WWE and took a break from professional wrestling for a while until WCW came banging his door. Nevertheless, Hogan made his RAW debut a month later in a prerecorded interview.
