Wrestling Legend Barry Windham suffered massive heart failure earlier this week. They rushed him to the hospital and was in serious condition. The wrestling fans, legends, and superstars send their prayers to the legend.

However, recently, his nephew, Bray Wyatt, shared a heartfelt message for his uncle. Also thanked a random person who was with him the entire time.

Recently, while SmackDown was on air, WWE superstar Bray Wyatt shared a video on Instagram. The Eater of Worlds’, who rarely share details of ‘the other side of his life’ broke character to talk about his uncle.

He shared a heartfelt message, along with gratitude to a person named Michael Todd Laylek who helped his uncle.

Wyatt said, “This week my Uncle Barry Windham had a massive heart failure in Atlanta. He went down and he didn’t have a pulse for 10-20 minutes, so he was away, he was gone.”

The former WWE Champion added, “And I wanted to thank one specific man, Michael Todd Laylek, a random citizen who was there and gave him CPR for the entire time before EMTs reached there. He’s the reason we have Barry still, why he is alive and still with us.”

 

The former Universal Champion shared looking up to his father and uncle as “greek gods” of pro wrestling. He recalled being their biggest fan of them and this week was hard on him and his family.

Barry Windham’s health is said to be better now. As reported, the WWE Hall of Famer is now out of the ICU. They moved him to the standard hospital care floor. Nonetheless, the road to recovery is long as he had massive heart failure.

Bray Wyatt talks about the GoFundMe for his uncle Barry Windham

After paying his gratitude to the person who was with Windham all the time, he shared about the GoFundMe for his uncle. Jojo shared the link on social media on Monday.

The Fiend said, “Barry Windham has given his life to his profession, his whole life has been about this just like mine and I just wanted to share that I’m incredibly thankful to have him back and my sister set up a GoFundMe in his name.”

He added, “No one is obligated to share anything but if you could, that would be incredibly helpful and take it from me. Sometimes when you’re someone like that, it’s incredibly powerful to remind them that they mean a lot to a lot of people.”

He further added about staying close to their loved ones. Also, he shared express your feelings with your close people.
