The year 2022 brought a lot of pain and suffering for WWE legend Kevin Nash. First, he lost his best friend, tag team partner, and nWo member, Scott Hall in March, then another tragedy hit him in October that took away his “reason for living.” Destiny had put his life on hold and Nash’s twisted fate was such that the tragic announcement came on the birthday of his late best friend.

It has been almost nine months since the passing of his 26-year-old son, and his heart still aches for his dear boy. To commemorate his son’s memories, Nash shared an emotional, gut-wrenching message on his Instagram profile that left fans emotional.

Sharing an old childhood photo of his late son, Tristen Nash, ‘Big Daddy Cool’ wrote a beautiful and sentimental message on his Instagram feed as he poured his heart out. He stated that not a single hour goes by when he doesn’t think about his deceased son.

Professional wrestling reporter Sean Ross Sapp announced via Twitter, “On behalf of Kevin and Tamara Nash, I have to unfortunately report that their son Tristen Nash has tragically passed away at the age of 26.

It added, “Tristen recently started working on Kevin’s new podcast and the two enjoyed their time together. The Nash family asks if you could please respect their privacy during this time.”

Tristen Nash took his last breath on 20 October 2022. He passed away after a seizure led to a cardiac arrest, according to his father who revealed the details of his son’s tragic demise on his podcast. Kevin Nash mentioned how he and his son were on a journey of sobriety and had decided to stop drinking altogether. It was during this recovery period that his son suffered his tragic demise.

During the podcast, Nash despondently mentioned that alcoholism was his “cross to bear” as it took one of his closest friends, Scott Hall, and then his son away from him.

In a recent Instagram post, he mentioned how much he and his wife miss him and claimed that though his son is no longer with him, he will always remain in their hearts. The post was liked by many notable names from the pro wrestling world. WWE Hall of Famer Edge, AEW star Chris Jericho, former WWE stars Matt Cardona and Ryback were among those who showed their support for Nash by liking the post. Nash’s post also saw likes from Renee Paquette and Natalya.

Losing a child can never be easy. The fans were very much supportive of ‘Big Sexy’ his mourning period and the same goes for now as well. Sweet and kind messages flooded Nash’s post as the WWE Universe sympathized and empathized with his pain and sorrow.

“Going through the same thing Kevin. Hope you and your family find some sort of peace.”

“Amen Kevin, we had a similar loss 8/21/21. I feel your pain as i have my pain.”

“Truly sorry for your loss, Kevin. Losing a kid isn’t easy. I saw my dad cry for the first time after my brother died. So I have an idea of what you’re going through”

Six weeks after Tristen Nash’s demise, Kevin Nash requested his fans to follow his podcast channel, Kliq This. In his tweet, he mentioned his son wanted to reach 100k subscribers and get a plaque from YouTube. So he asked his fans to help him to honor his son’s wishes. The fans were kind and generous enough to help the WWE veteran reach the 1000k goal. Later, he thanked all his beloved fans for their aid.
