In May 2022, when The Usos, were a tag team, they had unified the Raw and SmackDown titles as they held both titles. It is now held by Finn Balor and Damian Priest, leading to speculation that this split might be part of a larger plan by Triple H. The SmackDown title was previously defended by The Usos before the unification.
Fans have witnessed various stars from Raw going after the title held by Balor and Priest. Before the two, the title was held by Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. Priest and Balor defeated the tag team at the 2023 Payback to win the titles from them. Since then, it has been a major achievement by the Judgment Day.

The tag team duo since then has defended it only one time. It was at the 2023 Fastlane. The two had faced off against Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso at the Premium Live Event. Unfortunately, the two were unable to defend the titles and lost them to Rhodes and Uso. Following ther defeat, the two had challenged the new winners for a rematch. On the October 16 episode of Raw, the two were able to regain the titles, making their combined reign a total of 100+ days. But their reign might end soon. And it will not be just because of Triple H’s creative decision.
