Renee Young announced her departure from WWE a few days ago after 8 long and fun years at WWE. After a series of emotional goodbyes, Young is all set to enter the next journey in her life. However, there is one obstacle that still nags her.

In her farewell video, a bunch of Superstars wished Young well, and one of them was Bayley. The former SmackDown Women’s Champion jokingly challenged her to a match on Raw Underground or WrestleMania anytime and anywhere.

On seeing that, Twitter has gone wild and fans have begun pushing for this match to happen. In recent posts on Twitter, the two even accepted each other’s challenges.

Renee Young’s feud against Bayley has been long in the making. The two have had some pretty awkward encounters in the past and a feud would be the perfect way to end things.

Renee Young also expressed her desire to fight in the ring at least once. She also picked Bayley as her choice of an opponent if the opportunity ever came around.

This fairytale ending could persuade Young to return to WWE for a final match against Bayley. It would also satisfy fans who want to see this fight now more than ever.

Renee Young’s potential final return has gained the approval of a WWE legend

The talk about the match has become so famous that some WWE legends have also begun noticing it. In a tweet, Beth Phoenix also agreed that the match should take place.

Young jokingly replied to this tweet, asking Phoenix to teach her the Glamslam, a move that put away dozens of Divas.

Will we ever see this feud materialize? Right now, its just a little trash talk, but you can never be too sure. Starting off as a joke, the potential feud has grown in demand and we may just see it happen, should Young choose to return.

The sad reality is that we may never see this match. Renee Young has moved on to greener pastures and WWE shouldn’t invest in pulling her back. Rather, her legacy can be continued by organizing excellent Backstage interview programs and shows.
