Late American Singer and actor, Michael Lee Aday aka Meat Loaf, once hosted WWE Raw in 2010. He came to the show as a guest host and had an interaction with Randy Orton which didn’t end well for him.
The show started with Orton’s segment. The Viper opened the show but soon afterwards Meat Loaf came out to the ring and informed The Viper that his new album ‘Hang Cool Teddy Bear’ released the same day. He wanted Orton to use one of the songs as his entrance music and even sang a few lines as well.
Unfortunately, The Legend Killer didn’t take too kindly to the offer and RKO’d him. He was unconscious for the rest of the segment. Flavor Flav made an appearance at the same episode as well.

His appearance at WWE was rather well-received by the audience. WWE bringing in celebrities from other industries for guest appearances is something that happens frequently. This appearance had the audience popping with extreme energy and hype.

Additionally, it’s no secret that Meat Loaf was an absolute legend in the music industry. Therefore, him receiving an RKO from Randy Orton who also goes by the name The Legend Killer was a great way to align the story.
Meat Loaf passed away at the age of 74
Michael Lee Aday’s family took to social media to release a statement that he passed away at the age of 74 in January 2022.

His wife Deborah and daughters, Amanda and Pearl, were by his side when the legend took his last breath.
“Our hearts are broken to announce that the incomparable Meat Loaf passed away tonight with his wife Deborah by his side. Daughters Pearl and Amanda and close friends have been with him throughout the last 24 hours.”

There is no ounce of doubt that the fans will dearly miss Meat Loaf. And, the vast industry he worked in and sold over 100 million albums during his career of six decades. Reportedly, Michael Lee Aday had fallen critically ill.
