The Undertaker has seen WWE grow through different eras. Even after his retirement, he keeps making appearances now and then. Living throughout all these eras, the WWE legend has noticed several changes in the Stamford-based company. In a recent episode of his own show, Taker pointed out an interesting difference in WWE behind-the-curtains that not many fans know about.

Mark Calaway, on his show Six Feet Under, spoke about the changes that he has seen happen in the leading wrestling promotion over the years. While conversing, he couldn’t help but mention the locker room’s condition.

The Undertaker is neutral about the change

There have been instances where Calaway has criticized the new generation of wrestlers while observing the changes that have happened in this era. However, this time around, he did not give his opinion. Rather, the former wrestler objectively mentioned the reality that he sees whenever he visits the company.

One thing that he mentioned in the latest episode of his show was the locker room culture. During his prime years, Taker claims that there used to be a “locker room general” who would police the staff in case a topic needed some special attention. But now, there doesn’t seem to be anyone in this position of power.

At first, he sounded indecisive about the topic and said, “I don’t know. There could be [a designated locker room general], but I don’t know who that would be.” Then, the ‘Dead Man’ claimed,  “The culture is really different. Most of the top guys all have buses and stay on their buses.

He neither appreciates nor criticizes this change of culture in any way. While The Undertaker is bound to be nostalgic regarding his memories, he doesn’t visit often to notice this change anymore. This has seemingly come up after Triple H was given control over most things in WWE.

While Taker seems neutral about some of these cultural changes, those currently present in the WWE locker room seem to be content. Randy Orton recently revealed exactly what he loves about the company after Paul Levesque took over as creative head. Much like Taker’s observation, this is also a cultural change. But unlike the retired wrestler, Orton wasn’t neutral about it. So while Taker might be neither here nor there, what seems to matter is whether the current roster is happy with the way things are run. What do you think about The Undertaker’s observation on the current WWE locker room situation?
