Asuka is certainly one of the best wrestlers on the WWE roster. The Japanese native has been on top of the WWE mountain many times. She has had multiple titles ever since her debut in WWE. It is rather an uncommon sight that a wrestler from another promotion actually scales the WWE system successfully.

AJ Styles is probably another rare exception to this list; having been an IMPACT Wrestling original and then moving to NJPW for most of his career. Wrestlers such as Bobby Roode, Shinsuke Nakamura, and many more have failed to receive or maintain main event status. They have entrusted Asuka to give amazing matches with all the Four Horsewomen.

The belief WWE has shown in her is tremendous.

She recently took to Twitter to post about receiving new teeth and thanked her doctor for the success. A peculiarity that the fans noticed was that Asuka was seen wearing a cast on her left arm. This might have answered most of our fan questions regarding the whereabouts of Asuka. She was last seen at the Money in the Bank PPV in late July. Since then she has missed both house shows and TV taping.

Reports were rife that she was absent, as creative had nothing for her. Asuka refuted this herself publicly. Now, it seems the reason is an unfortunate injury. We as fans hope she can make her comeback sooner than later with a new crop of female wrestlers entering the company. This would allow for many fresh feuds and matches for Asuka.
