WWE Superstar Bayley has really found her footing as a top-notch, annoying heel in the WWE. Her heel turn was unexpected, and the character she has developed is fresh from her ‘Hugger’ persona. Aside from her rivalries on the main roster, Bayley has a thing for pulling a prank on Michael Cole.

Bayley talks about one prank on Michael Cole that fizzled out

Former SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley was the recent guest on Oral Sessions with Renee Paquette. During her appearance, the ‘Role Model’ shared a funny incident from this year’s Royal Rumble with Michael Cole.

Bayley revealed that she had shaved Michael Cole’s name on the back of her head ahead of the Women’s Royal Rumble match. She initially asked Corey Graves whether she should get #1 shaved (as she was the first entrant) or Cole’s name, who she has always loved to rib in any way possible.

The first-ever Grand Slam Champion got Cole’s name shaved on her head, but little did she know her plan was going to go down the drain. She told Renee she got her hair shaved and went to show it to Michael Cole who was standing with Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler and JBL.

Just as Bayley showed Michael Cole her new look, Cole told her he’s not calling the Women’s Royal Rumble match and burst out laughing. This left Bayley high and dry as her prank had just fizzled out.

It is not new for wrestlers to rib their co-workers in any way. Take Big E, for example. He always throws his jacket at Corey Graves when he enters the ring. Michael Cole and Bayley have had fun back and forth at the commentary desk in the past. And it’s always entertaining to listen to them bicker.

No ‘Role Model’ at WrestleMania?

Bayley is not scheduled for a match at WrestleMania 37 this year. The Women’s Championship picture is set and there’s no way Bayley is re-entering it. With the way things are going, the ‘Role Model‘ might end up in the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal.

Honestly, the ‘Ding Dong! Hello’ show is also a piece of beauty. We wouldn’t have minded if Bayley would’ve been one of the hosts for WrestleMania this year instead of Hulk Hogan. What do you think? Let us know in the comments below!
