Not many people can say that they have influenced WWE as much as Stephanie McMahon. Today, the Chief Brand Officer of WWE celebrates her 44th birthday and is still one of the most loved figures in the company.
This is probably because, despite her prominent position, Stephanie McMahon is one of the most down-to-earth people you can come across. This is evident during behind-the-scenes shots released by WWE from time to time.
Happy birthday, @StephMcMahon 🙌
One of our favourite #NoFilterWWE moments is when @NikkiCrossWWE spotted her backstage at our launch party in January 😁
Steph made sure everyone who wanted a photo and chance to say hello got that moment 👏 pic.twitter.com/1hsfNTUqNU

In this particular clip, Stephanie is seen sharing a light-hearted moment with WWE Superstar Nikki Cross. Treating her employees like friends is the key to great locker room morale.
Stephanie takes after her father Vince McMahon. He always made it a point to personally interact with Superstars from time to time. This breaks the curtain of doubt between the higher-ups in the company and the Superstars.
Stephanie McMahon, like her brother Shane, has grown up in the business and knows it like the back of her hand. She has participated in various storylines across her many years in the company.
Many can vouch for the argument that Stephanie played a pivotal role in WWE’s Attitude Era. Getting entangled into Triple H’s storyline as well as with Mr. McMahon, Stephanie was part of the class that delivered the best wrestling content of all time.
She still manages to fit in the best storylines and is still able to compete at the highest level. Do not mistake her in-ring character to that of her outside the squared circle.
Stephanie McMahon is responsible for WWE’s Women’s Division today
Stephanie and her husband Paul Levesque (Triple H) have done a very good job so far in promoting NXT talent to form WWE’s next generation.
She was the leader of the evolution of WWE’s Women’s Division. Through her efforts, the division was brought back to the glory days of Chyna, Mae Young, and Trish Stratus.
