After the intense action on Monday Night Raw, fans are provided some much-needed comic relief from R-Truth on Raw Talk. He teams up well with the host Charly Caruso, or as they love to call themselves- CharTruth.
Truth was always the funny guy in WWE and has been the source of comedic content for over a decade. However, things weren’t always all fun and games for the 24/7 Champion, and he too had his moments in the rain.

After being released from WWE during his first stint with the company, Ron Killings (R-Truth) thought his days as a wrestler were done. Refusing to give up, Killings worked his way back to the company and is now the R-Truth we know and love.
“Vince McMahon always tells me, ‘Just be yourself.’ I know myself and I know my character,” said Killings in an interview with Sports Illustrated. “I’ve soaked up a lot from my time in the business and from my peers. And what people are watching right now is a combination of all my years and lessons. I’m so grateful I get to be me in WWE.”
R-Truth has come a long way with Vince McMahon’s help
Vince McMahon has channeled the true creativity in R-Truth. His work on the character has made him the comic relief rather than the Superstar no one takes seriously.
On WWE Raw, Killings is now a regular appearance, defending his 24/7 Championship in the most thrilling short fights ever. Fans never complain about his spots but, in fact, enjoy his appearances.
The unbelievable stupidity of Killings’ character and other Superstars getting annoyed by it has become an undying source of entertainment.

Rather that moulding Truth into something he’s not, Vince McMahon encouraged Killings to be himself and it has paid off in several ways.
Whether it is conquering his fear of ladders or winning the 24/7 Championship 50 times, R-Truth never fails to entertain.
