The NXT fan base was treated to one of the biggest upsets in its history when Adam Cole turned heel on his own beloved faction, The Undisputed Era. Following Finn Balor’s title defense two weeks ago, Cole blindsided him with a superkick and confirmed the split last week by betraying the rest of the members.

This heel Adam Cole has really brought NXT to life, but Finn Balor doesn’t seem too happy about it. Fighting against Cole multiple times, he knows just how to settle a feud with him and wants to put him in his place yet again.

Roderick Strong came in on the latest episode of WWE NXT and verbal attacker Balor, and not Cole, for being the end of Undisputed Era. He believes that everything was fine until the Irishman entered the faction.

Not willing to hear any more, Balor made his way to the ring and called out Adam Cole himself. ‘The Cat’ wanted to face him but Cole was nowhere to be seen.

Enraged, Balor openly challenged the former NXT Champion to a fight with his own title on the line as a means to bring him out. Balor has split a vein and Cole will get the scent of blood soon.

Finn Balor vs Adam Cole is the biggest fight NXT could have

To prove a point he challenged Roderick Strong as well. Although, this is just a smokescreen for the things to come next week on NXT. Finn Balor vs Adam Cole is a match that has never failed to disappoint and won’t start now.

The last time these two met, the NXT Championship was up for grabs. Karrion Kross, the new Champion, was forced to relinquish it due to an upsetting injury, which left the title open.

Finn Balor and Adam Cole both attempted to take it and fought each other to decide the new Champion. After a hard contest that tested both stars, Balor came out on top.

With this victory still fresh in his mind, ‘The Cat’ is confined that he can take care of Cole again and has decided to put his gold on the line as part of his sort of ‘summon’ to the Undisputed Era leader.

Adam Cole is yet to answer, but that point matter since as of now, the match is confirmed and its all engines fired for NXT next week.
