We were treated to a shocker on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw. Retribution competed in their first match inside the ring, and finally, put their actions in legal boundaries. However, they were beaten.

The Hurt Business actually managed to put out their long-standing foes, proving to the WWE Universe that Mustafa Ali and his group are all-talk. This win came quite unexpectedly.

Since it was their first day as competitors, fans definitely thought Retribution was pulling off the victory and looking dominant. It went completely different. In fact, T-Bar actually tapped out! Bobby Lashley held him in the Hurt Lock, and T-Bar just could not take it.

Making one of the core members of the faction tap out did not look good on Retribution. The reason for this is that they were built up to a huge level. Not delivering on that was kind of a waste.

T-Bar was formerly thought to be the leader of Retribution. His active life on Twitter has made him very popular amongst fans and critics alike. It turns out that he too is just a talker.

“The Fiend” later took out Retribution entirely

Him tapping out isn’t even the worst thing to happen for the masked nation on the night. After their loss, “The Fiend” showed up yet again to exact revenge.

He ended up attacking all the Retribution members and absolutely wrecked them. He attempted to put out Mustafa Ali with the Mandible Claw but was interrupted by T-Bar, who tried defending his leader.

This interference did not affect the plans of “The Fiend”. He then caught T-Bar in a Mandible Claw hold and shortly after delivered the Sister Abigail to him.

After the episode of Raw, Retribution looked weak. This was the faction that destroyed the ring and preached their dominance. Yet they couldn’t manage to look strong on their first day.

This may also have a deeper meaning for the storyline. Members of Retribution are those that were forsaken by WWE writers according to the storyline.
