AJ Styles is a very powerful man, and with great power comes great responsibility. Sadly, even the greatest are always in danger from ambushes and attacks. That’s why “The Phenomenal One” has decided to bring his own bodyguard into the ring.
On the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, the former Intercontinental Champion walked down the ring with a literal giant walking alongside him. This big man is none other than Jordan Omogbehin.

Not many of you may know who he is, but the titan-like Superstar was seen twice before on Monday Night Raw in separate segments.
Omogbehin first appeared in the performance centre as one of Akira Tozawa’s ninjas. Definitely one of Tozawa’s best assets, he put the fear of God in the heart of R-Truth.

He was later seen as the ominous guard of Raw Underground. Here, his character was shown as a much more mysterious one, as his upper torso was shadowed, masking his appearance.
Now, there isn’t any doubt why Styles chose him as a bodyguard. The man can cover him from any angle and it’s quite possible that no one can get to Styles with Omogbehin around.

AJ Styles has a very good reason to have Jordan Omogbehin
The reason Styles needs a bodyguard is that a faction always lurks in the shadows of Raw. Retribution has been known to make these ambushes.

Standing at 7’3”, the giant is surprisingly agile for his height. He is among the tallest WWE Superstars to ever enter the ring, already making the top 5.

If WWE does have an individual role for him in the future, he can be a big asset to the company. In current times, WWE has not had a lot of luck with its towering Superstars. The fall of The Great Khali, Big Show, Big Cass, and Kane stands as a testament to this.

Omogbehin can make a much bigger name for himself under (but technically over) AJ Styles. We can only wait and see how his character develops in time.
