In the life of a professional wrestler, injuries are inevitable. WWE superstar Randy Orton is one such pro wrestler who is no stranger to injuries.

Also, if a professional wrestler is battling inside the squared circle for over 20 years like Randy Orton, then he/she is likely to have come across several injuries throughout their career.

Randy Orton is one such individual who had suffered a lot of injuries throughout his career in the past. However, even after suffering so much, the former WWE Champion is still going strong inside the squared circle.

Recently in an interview on The Ringer Wrestling Show, the WWE superstar commented on his injuries and on getting labeled as injury-prone at a certain period of his WWE career.

Orton said, “The injury-prone thing happened because I could not keep my shoulders in socket. I blew this shoulder out in 2002, this shoulder out in 2005, this shoulder out in 2015, and this one until 2015 was dislocated.”

Further, Orton recalled an incident when his shoulder popped out of the socket after hitting the mat. ‘The Viper’ claimed it to be one of the hardest moments in the ring.

Randy Orton revealed how his shoulder injuries started subsiding

Right at the start of his WWE career in 2002, there have been reports of Orton suffering a shoulder injury. That is not the only time Orton had suffered a shoulder injury.

In 2015, The Viper also suffered a shoulder injury during his feud with The Wyatt Family. It ruled him out of action for several months.

During the interview, Randy Orton recalled how the shoulder injuries subsided.

Orton said, “Finally, in 2015, when I had that thing locked in tight, same surgery that they do on a lot of rugby players that have dislocations. Since then, I felt pretty good. I think that’s kind of where the injuries started subsiding as when I figured out what to do for the shoulder to keep it intact.”
