The life of a pro wrestler is as hard as it is brutal. And it’s not uncommon to see fans get involved. During an independent wrestling event, a fan found himself on the receiving end of an attack at the hands of a wrestler. This took place at XPW’s Broken, Beat, and Scarred event. And the wrestler in question is Kit Osbourne. The wrestler’s actions have left wrestling fans in a state of shock.
It’s also worth noting that Kit Osbourne was triggered to fly off the handle after the fan continually mocked him at ringside. The distance between the barricade and the ring was very short. As the fan continued with his remarks, Osbourne lost his cool and swung into action, attacking the fan with a light tube.

I'm not a lawyer, but that seems like a pretty nasty lawsuit headed their way.

Unacceptable. Unless the fan goes over the barricade/tries to enter the ring or makes contact with a Wrestler physically, then there is no justification at all for striking a fan. End of story.

Not saying the wrestler was right but maybe not the best timing heckling a wrestler in that condition lol

Lawsuit gonna be wild lol

And then the fan sued XPW and Kit “Cloudkicker” Osborne and never had to work another day ever again. The End. I do love a good bedtime story.

While some fans believe that XPW is seeing a major lawsuit, others believe it was all a work.
This is a work

Looks like a work cause the fan didn't look like he did much lol

Work or shoot, it was not a pretty sight. And if the incident was real, it could put the nascent promotion in hot water. Not to mention, the career of Kit Osbourne could also be put in jeopardy.
This isn’t the first time when a fan got involved with wrestlers. Even in WWE, some fans have got involved with wrestlers, provoking them to attack them. In fact, CM Punk once punched a fan after he was slapped in the back of the head.
CM Punk once smacked a fan during an edition of Raw
In 2012, CM Punk was at the height of his career. The then-WWE Champion was feuding with the likes of John Cena and Ryback. During an edition of Raw, Punk took on Vince McMahon in a street fight. While the match was forgettable, what happened after wasn’t.

The street fight between CM Punk and Vince McMahon failed to reach a conclusion, as Ryback intervened and warded off Punk. After Punk retrieved his WWE Championship and made his way into the crowd, he looked at Ryback from the distance.
Unbeknownst to Punk, a CM Punk hater hid behind another person and slapped Punk on the back of his head. This happened twice before Punk turned around and retaliated against the fan. However, sadly, Punk attacked the wrong person.
