The father-son duo of WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and his son Shane McMahon have shared a love-hate relationship on the screen just to entertain the WWE Universe and amuse the viewers.
However, it was previously reported that Shane McMahon does not have any control left in the WWE. In addition, he will not have any involvement in decision-making.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful broke the news of Shane O’Mac no longer being involved with the company.

However, it seems like the news of Shane not involving himself in WWE has less credibility to it. Another inside source of WWE stated that the relationship between Vince McMahon and Shane McMahon is excellent.

Vince McMahon does not have any beef with his son, Shane McMahon
The source said that the fans expect that both the individuals should have some differences like they portrayed on-screen for the sake of entertainment.
However, the source cleared the air and added that when Shane O’Mac made his way back in the WWE in 2o16; they agreed he will work as a regular talent.
“I know that fans want to think that there is this friction between Shane and Vince but their relationship is great. When Shane returned in 2016 it was agreed by everyone that he would only work as a talent. That is what Shane wanted. Shane has other business interests. Shane McMahon has had a WWE Hall of Fame-worthy career, not just working under his father’s shadow; Shan O’Mac made his own existence.
Working from the bottom when was the referee and officiate the matches when his father owned the company. Impressing with his accolades and in-ring work Shane won several titles in the WWE.
