Ronda Rousey has begun a new journey as a mother, and she does not shy away from breastfeeding in public. Therefore, while she ensures to keep the pro-wrestler tough, the mother in her breaks stereotypes one step at a time.

In a series of photographs, Rousey revealed how backstage looked when she was preparing for her grand return at the WWE Royal Rumble Women’s match.

She had the hairstyle and make-up artist working on her look while she used a breast pump. Using a breast pump is absolutely normal for new mothers, and Ronda Rousey knows it’s nothing to shy away from!

Additionally, she ensured to breastfeed her daughter, La’akea Makalapuaokalanipō Browne, before heading out to the ring at WWE Royal Rumble 2022. While she captioned it as multitasking, it’s a subtle way to break stereotypes about breastfeeding in public!

Ronda Rousey took a break from WWE to start a family

Rousey’s last WWE appearance prior to Royal Rumble 2022 was at WrestleMania 35 in 2019. She lost the WWE Raw Women’s Championship to Becky Lynch and took a break to start a family with Travis Browne.

However, for quite some time, Rousey and Browne didn’t make any announcement. Finally, when fans started believing that they’d postponed their plans for starting a family and that Rousey will return, the happy couple made their pregnancy announcement.

Ronda Rousey gave birth to her daughter in September 2021, and the congratulations poured in from all directions.
