John Cena can be described as one of the most popular WWE superstars to ever exist. The former WWE Champion is currently making his mark in Hollywood and has already gained a massive fan following there as well. After his stint as Peacemaker, he became popular among DC Comics and film fans.

The Leader of Cenation, left his job as a full-time performer in WWE, a long time ago. And is an actor, while performing part-time in WWE. He recently made his return, but it did not cultivate into any sort of feud with anyone. Keeping his professional life aside, Cena is also quite settled in his personal life.

Cena is currently married to Shay Shariatzadeh. The two tied the knot in 2020. However, before his marriage with Shariatzadeh, Cena was engaged to a fellow WWE Superstar. One-half of The Bella Twins, Nikki Bella and John Cena dated for a long time and were even involved in a feud with The Miz and Maryse. After their match at WrestleMania 33, Cena sat down on his knees and proposed to Nikki Bella.

Unfortunately, the engagement did stand long, and the two separated. Bella would soon start dating, Artem Chigvintsev. Speaking with Brides, Bella opened up about a very orthodox societal norm, and taboo in some cases. She spoke about her wedding dress.

Nikki Bella revealed that she wore the dress on her wedding that she was supposed to wear during her marriage with Cena. Bella said, “I didn’t choose my ceremony dress until 30 minutes before I walked down the aisle. People will try to make you think differently and say, “Oh, but it was for that person and that wedding.” Nikki stated that she did not buy the dress for that person, but instead, she bought it for the event.

Bella claimed, “People are going to think I’m crazy.” However, living in 2022, she broke all the norms, that society has forced on a person, and overcame those.

Nikki Bella has long retired from professional wrestling after an injury and later another injury was caught. She currently is married to Artem Chigvintsev and has one child with him. She met her husband while competing on Dancing With The Stars in 2017.

The next year, she broke off her ties with John Cena, and later started dating Chigvintsev. They both had their first son in 2020. Nikki Bella’s three-week wedding celebration will be documented in a four-part series to be released next year. And it is supposed to be called, ‘Nikki Bella Says I Do’.
