“Penny Bautista” – WWE Legend Bautista Welcomes New Member to His Family

Dave Bautista has recently introduced us to the latest member of the Bautista family, and her name is Penny Bautista.

Penny is a 3-month-old young puppy whose original name was Sage. The former WWE Champion adopted the young puppy and changed her name from Sage to Penny.

Bautista also posted a video on his Instagram handle claiming that the young puppy is now a Bautista and she will live her best life now. The former WWE Champion also stated that Penny will never get abused again.

Dave Bautista adopts a neglected Puppy

Last week, a good Samaritan found the young puppy eating garbage with a metal chain hanging from her neck. The person immediately took her to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, where the young puppy underwent a successful surgery as the metal chain was removed.

Shortly, it was announced that the young puppy was recovering well. Also, after a few weeks of care, the young puppy was put forward for adoption.

Though there were many people wanting to adopt Sage, it was Dave Bautista who ultimately bagged the opportunity. He named the young puppy Penny and declared her to be the newest member of the Bautista family.

Bautista also stated that if anyone can provide him with information about the person responsible for Sage’s injury leading to the person’s arrest, he will reward him/her with $5,000. Soon, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay also joined in to add $1,000 more to the reward.

In an interview, Dave Bautista said, “To me, there’s nothing more innocent and pure than a puppy. For someone who can abuse a puppy has got to be the lowest form of human being, pure evil, for someone who can abuse an animal like that. It makes me sick to my stomach.”

However, there is still no news about the person responsible for Sage’s injury. But the good news is that Sage, now Penny Bautista, is recovering very well.
