It is not the first time Paul Heyman asked for more recognition for Roman Reigns’s in the wrestling industry. While The Tribal Chief has already gained massive acknowledgment in his bucket due to his sheer dominance and terrific performances, his ‘special counsel’ believes he also deserves an Emmy for his contribution.

Heyman also reflected on the contribution of Vince McMahon, during his early days of working with Roman Reigns. It is an established belief that McMahon doesn’t give much creative freedom to the wrestlers, although Heyman begs to differ.

The Bloodline is currently the most dominant stable in WWE for the past couple of years. The stable has contributed immensely to several engrossing storylines, which have dramatically improved the quality of the WWE.

In 2020, Reigns returned and partnered with Paul Heyman, his manager cum advocate, and change the entire course of the game. The Tribal Chief has been holding the undisputed WWE Universal Championship for nearly 900 days now, which is the 6th longest reign in history. There is no denying that Heyman played an instrumental role in the Tribal Chief’s greatest single run.

In a recent interview with Variety, Heyman spoke about how Vince McMahon, the ex CEO of WWE, has been also responsible for the legendary creation of Tribal Chief. He recalled how McMahon used to give him and Reigns a lot of leeway in shaping The Tribal Chief the way it is today. Heyman noted that the freedom brings an extra sense of responsibility with it, but the trust shown by McMahon is rare and one of a kind.
