After months of abuse from The Bloodline, Sami Zayn was finally able to turn against The Bloodline and defeated The Usos at WrestleMania 39 with aid from his best friend Kevin Owens. However, before he defeated The Usos at ‘Mania, he made sure to plant the seeds of liberty into the mind of The Usos.

And, soon after at Night of Champions 2023, Jimmy Uso would do the unthinkable by kicking The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns down. And a few weeks later, Jey Uso would do the same by beating Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa down. At the recent Pat McAfee podcast, Paul Heyman would opine on Sami Zayn, and his motives for breaking The Bloodline.

Paul Heyman is known for his impressive mic skills, and during the recent podcast with Pat McAfee, he again made sure why he is one of the best in the business when it comes to verbal battles. Heyman would brutally roast Zayn and compare him with kids in high school.

When McAfee asked if Sami Zayn manipulated Jey Uso, Heyman would give out a very demeaning answer. He said, “If Jey Uso can be manipulated by Sami Zayn then I have less respect for Jey Uso at this moment than I did five minutes ago. And, you know, he’s a wannabe.”

The former advocate to Lesnar further said, “he will go through life as Kevin Owen’s best friend. You know, I told the analogy, the whole thing with Sami is about acceptance. It’s about the kid in school, ‘ I wanna sit with those kids cause those kids are the cool kids. Those kids are the accepted kids. Those kids are the relevant kids.’ Right! Sami was the irrelevant kid who wanted to sit at the relevant table. And now that he is out of the honorary position of being honored an honorary Uce, he’s irrelevant again.”

Heyman concluded that Sami Zayn has always been irrelevant, and it is a battle to stay relevant, which prompted him to get into The Bloodline, and then tried to break it and join Kevin Owen’s side.

Zayn is one of the most over superstar’s in the current era of WWE, and the company did the right thing by putting the tag titles on him.

Paul Heyman also gave another reason behind The Bloodline’s breakup

Speaking on the same podcast, Heyman would give out another major reason that might have prompted The Bloodline to shatter. He revealed that The Usos have always been second to Roman Reigns in everything they did. And it might have been jealousy that prompted them to break up The Bloodline.

He said, “The Usos are now experiencing the same growing pains that they did when they were children and were always second to Roman Reigns.  You know, it was always The Tribal Chief who remained dominant over the twins. And it did take two twins to take one tribal chief down.”
