“One of the Worst Curb Stomps” : 46-Year-Old Hollywood Actor Gives His Opinion on Logan Paul’s “Heel” Appearance at Elimination Chamber 2023

Logan Paul is one of the most popular entertainers in the current era. His rise to prominence came as an internet personality. However, soon he transformed his fame into a career in sports by choosing to be first a boxer and then picked pro wrestling.

Although he has a not-so-praise-worthy record in boxing, he surely has hit off the mark in pro wrestling. Paul made his debut against Rey and Dominik Mysterio by pairing with The Miz at WrestleMania 38. However, soon he would find himself in the title picture against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel in 2022.

At the 2023 WWE Royal Rumble, Paul would make his return and put forward a stellar performance. However, toward the end of the match, fans saw Paul eliminate Rollins from the match, and turn heel in the process. At the Elimination Chamber, the YouTube sensation would again return.

At Elimination Chamber 2023, The Maverick made a surprise appearance during the chamber match and made a statement by costing Rollins the US Championship. Recently, former WWE writer and Hollywood actor Freddie Prinze Jr. made a controversial remark about Paul’s return to WWE in Canada.

What did Freddie Prinze Jr say about Logan Paul’s return at the Elimination Chamber 2023?

Freddie Prinze is a known wrestling fan, and recently during his podcast, Wrestling With Freddie, he made a remark regarding Paul’s return at the Elimination Chamber. He would claim that Paul plays a better heel when he is assigned a babyface.

Prinze said, ” I am gonna say the bad before the good, it was one of the worst curb stomps, I have ever seen. His toe was just touching Seth’s head. There was no foot applied whatsoever.[…]. He’s a better heel when he thinks he’s a babyface than when he tries to be a heel. This time around he was trying to be a heel, and it did not come off as believable.” Further, he would also criticize the curb stomp Paul delivered to Rollins.

However, he would conclude with how amazing the match at WrestleMania would be. He said, “And I bet you this, Seth Rollins and Logan Paul will tear the freaking house down.” The fans are expecting The Visionary to go one on one with The Maverick at WrestleMania 39.

Both Rollins and Paul are known for their immense athletic in-ring talent, and their character work. Fans would now have to wait and see if they can live up to the hype.
