WWE continues to expand its wings after being taken over by Endeavor recently. They have been collaborating with various sports leagues over the years and their partnership with NFL is a standout. And now they have taken their relationship with football to the next level, months after they informed fans of a new venture with the NFL.

WWE reveals new collaboration with BIG 12

The tweet came from WWE’s Public Relations account and read, “Today, the @Big12Conference announced a collaboration with @WWE for the upcoming 2023 Dr Pepper Big 12 Football Championship on Saturday, December 2, held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas — @espn, @ESPNRittenberg

Based in Texas, the Big 12 Conference consists of 14 full-member universities spanning multiple states. Affiliated with NCAA Division I, its football teams participate in the FBS. Recognized as a Power Five conference, it experiences financial prosperity and operates independently. Formed in 1994, it recently named Brett Yormark as commissioner, functioning as a nonprofit organization.

WWE and the Big 12’s new partnership around the Big 12 championship game will include a custom-made championship title belt going to the game’s MVP.
