The 46-year-old was happy to oblige as seen on the internet, where several users posted their photos with the superstar. This provided many with their dream-come-true moments, while many rued the missed opportunity and hoped Cena would, one day, fulfill their wishes. Like many, Iraqi soccer star Ali Al-Hamadi was star-struck after meeting ‘The Cenation’ leader.

Apart from that, John Cena is also a record holder in humanitarian work that many others would be proud of. As per reports, Cena holds the record for the most wishes granted to Make-A-Wish Foundation.

The organization works with people between the ages of 2.5 and 18 years, who are suffering from life-threatening diseases. The WWE superstar granted his first wish in 2002. A decade later, he granted the organization’s 1000th wish. Over the years, Cena personally has granted a record 650 wishes.
